Marwan Rizkallah
Biography
Marwan Rizkallah is a senior regional environmental expert based in Lebanon holding a BS in engineering from “Ecole Superieure des Ingenieurs de Beyrouth” (ESIB) and a Masters in Environment and Water Resources from the American University of Beirut (AUB) with significant experience in the field of environmental engineering and management. Currently, he is a UNDP/WB Project Manager for the Lebanon Environmental Pollution Abatement Project (LEPAP) at the Ministry of Environment (Lebanon) which supports Industries in improving their environmental status; he has been recently key expert for the Union for Mediterranean (UfM) on the Update of Priority Investment Projects for Protecting the Mediterranean Sea from Pollution and the national expert for SWEEP-NET in Lebanon in addition to his previous involvement in several local and regional environmental consultancies. He is an expert in solid waste management and industrial waste management with more than 15 years’ experience.
