Entrepreneurs track 1: Green Entrepreneurship Training and Support Programmes
There are a multitude of incubation and training programs for aspiring and existing entrepreneurs. How can we leverage the experience, insights and best practices from these programs to provide the best support to green entrepreneurs in the Mediterranean area? Which principles and learnings are universal, and which ones need to be adapted to the local context? The session will engage practitioners, consultants, and benefactors in an interactive discussion to identify the most relevant tools, existing best practices, and guidance for further testing and improvement of program elements.
The session will start with a presentation from UpSocial on their benchmarking study of various entrepreneurship support programs, followed by three short inputs from the practitioners. Afterwards, the panel will engage in a discussion to identify the most relevant tools and success factors, led by a moderator in a Fishbowl format which allows members of the audience to join one of two empty chairs on stage and ask questions.
This session is organized by the Regional Activity Centre for Sustainable Consumption and Production (SCP/RAC).
