Emna Ezzahra BELAIFA

As an Agricultural Engineer, Emna ‘s passion is the scientific research and the agricultural development in Tunisia.

Actually, Emna is Project Manager at CONECT for the business creation program and additional training for young graduates. Through her career, she succeeded to develop strong managerial skills. In fact, her professional involvement, allowed her to provide solutions adapted to the needs of different projects management and to gain the confidence of the teams she work with.

Emna is actively contributing to giving shape to projects in compliance with the organization’s strategy, enhancing resources to be involved and taking into consideration the constraints of deadlines and objectives while developing skills and expertise of each team member.
