Josep Maria Tost i Borràs

Josep Maria is the Mayor of Riudecanyes (Tarragona, Spain) since 1995.

Having graduated in Business Administration from the Rovira i Virgili University, Faculty of Reus (Tarragona) and holding a Master in Public Management in ESADE, he has always held political positions in the Regional Council of Baix Camp (Tarragona), in Tarragona Province and in different municipal entities in Catalonia and Spain.

He’s also currently the president of the ACR + (Association of Cities and Regions for Recycling and Sustainable Resource Management), based in Brussels.
