Mokhtar ZANNAD
Biography
Mokhtar ZANNAD, originally from Tunis (Tunisia), is an engineer graduated from Ecole Centrale de Paris. He is currently the founder and CEO of ARAMISGROUP a Tunisian group of companies in the industry and services with subsidiaries in Algeria, Morocco, Egypt and Libya.
One of the companies NIELSEN is producing equipments for the waste management and recycling. NIELSEN has been internationally awarded in 2014 and 2016 for its innovative solutions such as a “5 to 1 bale press” or a “universal plastic shredder”.
Mokhtar ZANNAD’s team is designing easy, maintenance free and economic solutions to promote and spread the idea of waste collection and recycling in the African emerging countries. NIELSEN is today the leader in Africa with more than 600 installations indifferently in small profitable green projects or big international companies.
NIELSEN is aiming to reconcile ecology with economy and has been chosen (among 12 other Mediterranean Companies) to join the EDILE Project for its green and inclusive impact.
