Zoe Luçon
Biography
Zoé Luçon is scientific coordinator at ANIMA Investment Network, a platform that brings together organisations willing to work for a shared and sustainable economic development of the Mediterranean.
Zoé manages the EDILE project, which aims at maximising the positive local impacts of investment projects, especially in terms and employment, subcontracting and environmental compliance. The EDILE project proposes a label and concrete criteria and evaluations tools to apprehend the “inclusive development” called by all observers and policy makers. Its objective is to promote businesses investing for local impact throughout the Euro-Mediterranean region and to bring together a community of companies that share the same values. EDILE is coordinated by ANIMA, supported by the European Commission and labelled by the Union for the Mediterranean and has established partnerships with national and international organisations and initiatives including SwitchMed and the Label RSE launched by Conect in Tunisia.
Zoé is an engineer in environment and graduated from Sciences-Po Paris. She has over 10 years of work experience in the field of sustainable and investment in the Mediterranean. She contributed to several studies on investment trends and sustainable development in the Mediterranean.
