Biography
Alfredo holds a Civil Engineering Degree from the Universidad Nacional de San Juan (Argentina) and a PhD in Geotechnical Engineering, UPC (Polytechnic University of Catalonia) Barcelona. He has worked as a Chemical Technician at the Universidad Nacional de Cuyo , in Argentina.
He was appointed the senior consultant, project manager and director of the Environmental Department “Instituto Cerdà” (Barcelona), from 1991-2004. Previous to that job, he was a researcher and visiting professor at UPC (Barcelona) during four years.
He is the Co-founder and president of Zicla. He has been the company’s director from 2005 to 2015 and now he is currently the head of project management.
